glad yall are getting along well and I sure hope you will get him in the woods. I am fixing to breed a litter that should be black and white that are out of our Phoenix Line, some jump and some don't mine like to jump at me some when I go in the pen but have not noticed much other than that

Early on, I had to hold him, then let him sit by himself. He baled out and rolled down a ditch, and I spanked him pretty good. Well he never jumped off again unless I tell him to. He is starting to trail a little, and Ive seen him rare up on a couple of trees on yard squirrels. Have got one dog that will tree, so not too worried about him. Only worried about gun shy. Lee, I just read your inquiry about the pup. I named him Crockett, and he is all and more than I expected. He minds so well. I will use him mostly as a pet, but will also hunt him some. Do all of these dogs like to jump? Boy, Crockett will try to jump up on anything, no matter how high. He rides the golf cart with me everyday. We ride about a quarter of a mile down to my garden.

Tom I usually just take people at their word. The stud dog owner is getting the white one and I have another guy that gets to pick a male I have not decided what I want yet but will probably just go with whichever are left.
