Jerry and Sue, my pup is doing great. Just been letting her run loose here at the house with the feist, 3 coyote hound pups and an old beagle. She started chasing rabbits with the beagle about a month ago. Today i took her on a short hunt with the feist. She treed three times on her own. All timbering suirrels but she was so excited, almost as much as me. She's a keeper. Merry Chris...

OMCBA Hunt and Events, Jamestown,TN. Squirrel Hunt Sept. 16 6 A.M. (sign up for the squirrel hunt will be taken from 5 to 6 A.M. Sat. morning.) Bench Show, Treeing Contest, and Drag Race to follow Squirrel hunt (usually the bench show starts around noon) Sign up for these will be taken from 10 A.M. to 12 noon Sat. Sign up for the Coon Hunt will be taken from 6 P.M. to 7 P.M. Sat. evening. Remember to bring your OMCBA papers and your membership cards, you will need these to sign your dogs up in events. Supper will be served inside the clubhouse at 6 p.m. Good home cooked meal, all you can eat and drink. $10 adult and $5 children.

Squirrel Hunt (entries 5 A.M. to 6 A.M.). Bench Show to start around noon, followed by Treeing Contest and Dash Race. Entries for the Coon Hunt will be taken from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. All dogs must have their OMCBA papers and owner and handlers must be current paid members. Breakfast will be served inside the clubhouse starting at 5 A.M. Saturday morning. Camper hook ups are available on the grounds, first come first served. Check with grounds keeper Noel Brannon for hookups, 931-879-9445. OMCBA Squirrel Hunt, Mt Home, Ark. March 25,2006 Hunt Deadline 6:30 A.M., There will be champion casts and registered casts. Bench Show to follow hunt, dogs will be shown by age and class.
