MTFO Registration Fee- $ 10.00 MTFO Membership Dues- $ 7.00
Your membership must be current to register a litter, transfer a dog or permanently register a dog. Fees are $ 2.00 per pup for litter registration; $ 10.00 Permanent Registration; $ 10.00 Transfer of Ownership. Membership fee is $ 7.00 April 1 to March 31. Fees are set by the Board of Directors and are subject to change.
